Founded by industry veterans Filippo Gigli and Massimo Pizzoleo, this dynamic duo brings over 35 years of experience shaping the global beauty scene. They’ve worked alongside the best — from L’Oréal and Wella to Sassoon, Aveda, Toni&Guy, and more — mastering the art and science behind salon innovation.
In 2012, they combined their expertise and passion to create something truly special: Gigli & Massimo Italy, based in Dallas, Texas. With deep Italian roots and a forward-thinking mindset, the brand was built to redefine beauty environments around the world. Think classic Italian design meets next-gen performance — every detail, every curve, every product infused with purpose and elegance.
